A mythic motorcycle tale of father and son", this is the story of Manuel Galloway, also known as "the King of Cali", the president of a motorcycle club whose members are all African-American men, mostly white-collar workers who exchange their suits and ties at night and on weekends for leather outfits and motorcycle helmets. The focus of this story takes place at an annual drag-racing event in Fresno, as Manuel tries to retain his championship title.

This file was digitised coming from a VHS recording in the programme. The image quality is fair, however, the sound track has some occasional static, especially towards beginning. This episode won an Emmy. It covers the sarcophagus designed to retain the remains in the destroyed reactor plus the work in the Russian scientists, staff and soldiers who risked and continue to risk their lives inside the clean-up operation. I do think this is actually the 1996 updated version in the original 1991 programme and includes another 15 minutes of interviews with several of the original scientists. It can be shorter compared to a 50 minutes and may even are actually edited.
